Professor Gideon Hanjari is a Kenyan national with over forty years experience in architecture, town planning and large construction project management.  Gideon has extensive experience in designing and managing large civil engineering and building construction projects in East Africa, Europe and the Middle East.  Gideon’s architectural design achievements include residential complexes, hospitals, higher education complexes, office buildings and sports complexes.  Gideon is an internationally renowned architectural professor and has held lecturing positions in public universities Kenya, the UK and Iraq.  Gideon is a member of the Africa Union of Architects (AUA), Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), Common wealth Architectural Association (CAA).  Gideon holds a PhD from the University of London and holds a PhD from the University of London.

Nat Krishna is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty years experience including eleven years in the private equity investment space. First, in Eastern Europe (1996-2000) with Nomura International Plc, Societe Generale Romanian Fund and the EBRD. Nat has executed approximately € 250m of acquisition financing  with London based private equity investors (Synergy Asset Management, Tersus Energy, Berkeley Energy), and has managed over $150m investment and successful exits in renewable energy assets in India.

Nat brings substantial experience in project structuring, financing, contract negotiation, execution, operations and exits. During the past seven years Nat was instrumental in creating and financing a renewable energy portfolio of over 100 MW in wind energy in India.

Mr Balkrishan specializes in formulating and implementing corporate financing solutions for medium sized and large sized public sector and private sector organizations.  This includes identifying financing options, preparing risks and returns matrices, negotiating with financiers, setting finance performance measures and performing commercial due diligence.  Hiss experience includes taking start-up companies to capital market listing and is an expert in strategic planning and budgeting.
